Why Conduct a Pre-Loss Inspection?
In the event of an insurance property loss, the biggest challenge is to prove that the building material was damaged by the storm or event. Pre-loss inspection documentation allows undeniable evidence as to the condition of the property before a claim. Specific inventory of personal items and other assets within your home or office reduces discrepancies and disputes with insurance carriers. This will expedite the entire claims process, reducing the need to provide documentation or receipts in some instances.
Matterport – Digital Twin
Matterport technology has the ability to completely transform the claims process. Similar to the way thermal scanners and drones have been able to capture valuable information, this technology allows us to capture comprehensive detailed property information both visual and dimensionally to create a Digital Twin.
Matterport is able to capture any property in its entirety, with no ability to alter images or measurements. This means less time spent sketching, photographing and arguing over line items and more time spent estimating, adjusting, repairing and ultimately – getting a policyholder’s life in order.
Drone Photography and Video.
We include aerial drone photography and video to deliver detailed imagery not available through satellite.

Emergency Plan
Creativ Capture will provide you with a step-by-step action plan for storing critical data after a large event. Right after a loss, things are happening quickly. We find this time to be the most crucial information to proving your insurance claim is lost. We provide a plan to prevent that from happening.
Creativ Capture will arrange free meetings with local top professionals for water extraction, roof tarping, tree removal, data restoration specialists, board-up and emergency electricians so you have pre-storm agreements with vendors in the event of a loss.
How does the Pre-Loss Inspection work?
Get The Scan
After you schedule a convenient time, our 3D Capture Expert will dispatch to your location and complete a comprehensive scan of your facility with our professional equipment. These appointments require approximately 1 to 3 hours depending on ft². Please visit our site readiness page.
You Have 100% Control
After your 3D information is captured, the data is sent to Matterport’s servers for processing. Once the digital twin of your property is ready, it is uploaded directly to YOUR PERSONAL FREE MATTERPORT ACCOUNT. We will provide temporary log in credentials which we request you change.
Add Your Content
You now have full access to the Matterport Workshop. You will be able to create your personalized escape plan, capture/download unlimited number of photographs and place interactive tags throughout the space. The digital twin is not visible to the public unless you provide the login credentials.
